We approach the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using client tools and methodology standards. Then we incorporate relevant industry standards into the process.

Tailor to business problem

While the methodology concepts are the same, the implementation requirements differ for each client. We analyze the business problem, assess the client's working environment, and then we collaborate with the stakeholders to determine the appropriate solution methodology

Repeat as necessary

One of CloverLeaf's founding principles is iteration. We take a problem, break it into smaller pieces and apply the solution methodology to each of those pieces. This "lightweight" approach has come to be known as the Agile methodology.
