Batch Processor

The Batch Processor provides a central, automated system to create and update records in the Automated Criminal History System.

Real-time updates

The Batch Processor was developed to facilitate real-time updates to the Criminal History Record System and to standardize the record creation and update process within one application for all processors.

Common entry point for multiple systems

CloverLeaf's solution accepts data from the Criminal, Disposition and Applicant Processors, and continuously updates the Criminal Record System. Update status and error information is provided to the sending processors.

Batch Client

The Batch Client provides a user interface that allows real-time viewing of the Batch Process (record updates) status, as well as immediate user interaction. Failed updates can be viewed for errors, corrected and resent.

CloverLeaf Added Value

Message Key (MKE) editing; along with the Record Query Screen; allows the Error Resolution Expert to manually edit the record update without having to go to another application. This greatly streamlines the data entry/correction process and saves time.

Benefits

• Previously, all corrections and updates to Criminal History records were made through various processors and error corrections had to be made within each separate processor.
• Updates are now near-real-time instead of daily
